The goal of this project was to refresh the brand’s digital presence and apply a cohesive look and feel across both their website and email communications. The redesign focused on improving usability for existing customers while making the experience more engaging for new and potential customers. As a government agency, they needed to maintain full access to a large volume of content. With that in mind, we created a flexible, user-friendly design system that made managing existing content simple—and scalable for the future.
